Founded in 1984, we became Austin's first multi-vehicle fleet to brand and use accessible wheelchair vans as taxicabs.
Now we operate taxicabs and sedans as well as provide contract services to governments, insurance companies and corporations enabling fewer
barriers and the freedom to participate in every day activities for the disability community as a whole. Now you
can plan to include the mobility impaired in functions and activities which in turn will automatically enhance their quality
of life. PTS continues to be the premier pioneer for accessible fleet
service in Central Texas.
Things To Remember- ParaTransit Services (PTS) offer Americans with Disability Act
(ADA) compliant vehicles and service.
- Our drivers are NOT ALLOWED to help you transfer however so if you need help either
please bring an attendant to assist you.
- Our professional PTS drivers are sensitivity trained and know
American Red Cross CPR.
- Our wheelchair accessible Austin Cab minivans
accommodate power wheelchairs and scooters up to 31” wide. and if you have a larger chair we have larger
vans and minibus wheelchair vans available for your convenience.
- We offer ADVANCE
early morning and late night available with notice. Please inform us of additional requirements so that we
may better serve you.
